Find your future with us. Boeing is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, CA. We’re growing the business and transforming the satellite production facility. This is an opportunity to make a difference working alongside some of the best production and engineering talent in the industry. Responsibilities: Partner with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to understand operational and financial performance; Drive affordability through factory transformation and engineering initiatives as the Finance focal Collect, organize and analyze information and data to identify and explain root causes to problems, initiate variance analyses; Define and communicate cost trends, analyze and quantify cost risks and opportunities Generates and considers options for corrective actions Analyze business opportunities and business cases. Manage resource forecasts (labor, material, travel, ODC) and Estimates at Complete (EAC) This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Bachelors Degree 2 or more years of experience with Financial Data (i.e.. accounting, financial planning, cost management) Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets) Experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written; Experience on an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
