Find your future with us. Boeing Defense/Space/Security Vertical Lift is seeking an Entry Level Tool Engineer in Mesa, AZ. Join us and you will have the unique opportunity to provide hands-on Production Engineering support to Boeing Mesa Vertical Lift Programs such as the Apache AH-64 and AH-6 Little Bird helicopter platforms in addition to the Electrical, Composites, and Metallics Fabrication Centers of Excellence (CoE).  You will be working with a highly skilled team of Manufacturing Engineering, Product Review Engineering, Tool Engineering, and Industrial Engineering personnel to develop real time solutions and innovations to complex manufacturing issues.     Position Responsibilities:      •Provide Tool Engineering (TE) support to the statement of work performed at the Mesa site and Technical Assistance Team support of offsite suppliers (e.g. India, Korea)    •Work cross functional teams to develop technical solutions & processes improvements in coordination with Operations, Liaison & Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Supplier Management, and Program Management This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation is available for internal candidates. Education: Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor’s Degree, 2 or more years’ experience; Master’s Degree, with 2 or more years’ experience; or PhD, with 0 or more years’ experience. Bachelor, master or doctorate of science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): •Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline •Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams or projects •Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an production focused engineering role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): •Experience in support of commercial and military customers. •Production process knowledge of tooling design, quality, and fabrication
