Bombers Software is experiencing unprecedented growth across all of its supported platforms due to the award of multiple new contracts to modernize the Bombers fleets.  These contracts involve the addition of new state-of-the-art radar systems, hypersonic weapons systems, and communications systems and displays. The Bombers Software team based in Oklahoma City is seeking talented and motivated professionals to develop innovative solutions to support the B-1, B-2, B-52, and ALCM/CALCM programs. In this Software Technical Staff position, you will work with engineering personnel providing critical support to the mission of the Bombers programs. Position Responsibilities : Documenting deployed processes and tools, collecting metrics, supporting software research and development projects. Collecting, monitoring and briefing software metrics; collecting and monitoring financial data/metrics; utilizing engineering toolsets, spreadsheets, and performing light automated-scripting activities. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting basic software issues, and other software engineering related duties as assigned by management. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 3 years of related support / technical experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 2 year or higher technical or Associate's degree Programming experience with software development languages Experience collecting and assisting with analysis of metrics Earned Value Management experience Experience performing financial analysis Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
