The Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS&S) within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst. The role will support Systems Engineering teams through aircraft modification and Federal Aviation Administration certification efforts for the United Sates Air Force customer. This individual will interact with engineering and supporting functions to develop metrics related to modification projects. The role be responsible for maintaining complex schedules, providing status to leadership, and process management. The individual must be enthusiastic and hands-on in their approach and possess excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Some travel may be required. This Level 2 position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
Develops conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis and consultation with affected teams.
Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
Builds relationships and interfaces with other members of the program, leadership, customers and suppliers to meet team objectives.
Documents processes, develops guidance material, and facilitates continuous improvement.
Support agile process methodology through participation in daily scrums.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
(Required Skills/Experience ):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study.
At least 5 years of related work experience.
Experience in data analysis, continuous improvement, schedule development/management, and proposal management.
Demonstrated success adapting to change in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
(Desired Skills/Experience At least two are needed):
Experience with Customer relations
Experience with supplier statements of work and proposals
