Find your future with us. Boeing Test & Technology is seeking a Associate Methods Process Analyst to work in the Seattle area. The ideal candidate will utilize manufacturing operations knowledge and business acumen to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. We are looking for dynamic thinkers, problem solvers, and leaders to drive results as Boeing continues its journey to becoming a Global Industrial Champion Position Responsibilities: Analyzes the current and future business environment and develops forecast, acquisition and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans. Assists in the development and maintenance of Business System lab or shop definition to be used for manufacturing or installation planning. Participates in the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production work packages under the guidance of experienced analysts. Helps monitor performance to established labor hour estimates. Participates in the development of integrated schedules (e.g., crew cycling, learning curve, shift analysis, optimum/maximum crew size,) Assists in gathering and analysis of shop performance metrics to support a recommended plan of action for Lab Management. Assists in the identification and implementation of process improvements by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives. Supports efforts to develop, implement, maintain and monitor status of integrated lab or shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel in order to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments. Gathers and analyzes shop performance metrics to support a recommended plan of action for Lab or Shop Management. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ Years Experience supporting a manufacturing environment. 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 1+ years experience communicating with management at all level. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1 + years of experience do you have using Microsoft Project. Prefer candidates that are proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and the Constraint Based Scheduling tool Aurora. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
