The DFARS Cyber Compliance Program Office has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Level Project Manager to be team lead of the DFARS Cyber Program Management Office.   The successful candidate will be part of a small fast paced team, and help strategically guide the group as they work directly with Business Unit and Functional leaders across the enterprise to ensure Boeing’s ongoing compliance in this rapidly evolving space.  This individual must be self-motivated, proactive, have strong communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working multiple concurrent activities.  The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in Information Security, cybersecurity policies, and Government security models, such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). This position can be base out of Saint Charles, MO; Bellevue, WA; Kent, WA; or Fairfax, VA. Position Responsibilities: Lead DFARS Program Management Office team in the strategic direction and execution of DFARS compliance for Boeing Create strategies around Government compliance doctrines and models, i.e. NIST 800-171 and CMMC Write and assess System Security Plans for compliance to DFARS guidelines Perform high level assessment verifications on systems, SSPs, and assets Lead Program team in the planning, coordinating and tracking of multiple cross-functional projects Monitor Plan of Actions and Corrective Action Plans while working with Program, Business, and Functional leadership to drive execution and ensure findings are addressed Lead internal cross-functional team in discussion and execution of DFARS compliance for Boeing Ensure effective processes and tools are in place to conduct and monitor quality assessments Support government information requests and audits queries Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding DFARS, and industry direction This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance 3+ years of experience in information security compliance 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series 3+ years of experience working with at least one of the following policies to include: ICD-503, NISPOM, JSIG, NIST 800 series special Publications, DoD 8500 series and/or DoDI 8510.01. 1+ years of experience with supporting regulatory compliance processes/audits (e.g. SOX, DFARS, etc) Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment 3+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience working with a government facility 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with Boeing Information Security policies and tools Experience with Boeing businesses and organizational structures MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau AD&S and software engineering processes NIST Cyber Security Framework, including NIST 800-171 and CMMC Strong computing skills, excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, positive, flexible, and a strong team player. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
