You will help complete the system design, integration, and test for various P-8 aircrew trainers in support of the P-8 program. This is a mid-level position and will require that the candidate already possess or be able to acquire the proper security clearance post hire. Boeing Global Services is currently seeking Mid-Level Systems Engineers to become part of the Training Systems team in St. Louis, Missouri. Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of training devices for a wide variety of commercial and military aircraft - everything from F-15 fighter jet, C-17s to Apache attack helicopters, and even NASA's new Starliner spacecraft. You are: (Required Education, Skills and Experience) Listener: You're a developer whose passion for software means you never lose sight of the person who will ultimately be using the product that you build. You make the customer priorities your own. Educated and experienced: You have a degree in Engineering or related field. Five or more years’ experience in Systems engineering or test and evaluation engineering or Master’s degree and three years of related experience. Your & our tech specs: (Preferred Skills / Qualifications) We work with a diverse set of technologies, some examples of the technologies we currently use include (but are by no means limited to): Knowledge and experience with P-8 platform and training systems Experience in test and evaluation, performing test functions, and systems verification. Support integrated product teams for problem solving using Boeing best practices focused on model based systems engineering, verification and validation Experience in developing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), Test Logs, Test Plans, and Test Reports Systems Engineering experience preferred including the use of Boeing standard tools to include DOORS, Cameo, Gears, ClearQuest, BORIS, Windchill, VersionOne and other common tools. CM and CM process experience Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility Travel: Domestic and International travel (25%) will be required in support of the program and customer.
