Engineers on this team are responsible for all phases of the modeling lifecycle including derived requirements, architecture, design, implementation and test. This includes the tools and applications associated with the planning, operating, monitoring and controlling of a real time constructive forces simulation. They are also directly involved in planning their own work as part of the agile methodology, with a focus on technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Current software skills are desired as the suite of applications this group is responsible for is varied across many software languages. This candidate will assist other members of the development team in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced agile development environment. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Current and Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): Knowledge of languages such as C, C++, C#, or Fortran Knowledge of Physics (dynamics, RF, IR) Agile development experience Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel: Occasional travel (10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.
